SixSeven Challenges ("the App") is a casual puzzle and mini-game application designed for entertainment. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

We are committed to protecting user privacy, especially for children, and to complying with applicable laws including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Username / Nickname

Users may choose a nickname to appear on the global leaderboard. Users are instructed not to use their real name. No real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact details are required.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

The App itself does not collect personal information such as:

• Real name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Precise location
• Photos, audio recordings, or contacts

Third-party services used by the App may collect limited technical information as described below.

2. Local Game Data

The following information is stored locally on your device:

• Game progress
• Levels completed
• Scores and achievements

This data is used only to provide gameplay functionality and is not shared unless explicitly stated in this policy.

3. Leaderboard (Supabase)

The App uses Supabase to provide a global leaderboard.

• Only the following data is sent to the server:
  • Nickname (username)
  • Score

No authentication accounts, emails, or personal identifiers are used. The nickname is displayed publicly on the leaderboard and is used solely for ranking purposes.

4. Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob / Google Ads.

• Ads may use device identifiers as permitted by Google Play policies.
• For users under the age of 13, ads are served in non-personalized mode.
• The App does not control data collected by Google Ads.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases using:

• Google Play Billing
• Adapty.io (for purchase and subscription management)

Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play and Adapty. The App does not receive or store payment information such as credit card numbers.

6. Children’s Privacy

SixSeven Challenges is designed to be suitable for children.

• The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
• No chat, messaging, or social interaction features are included.
• Usernames are pseudonyms only.

If you believe personal information has been unintentionally collected, please contact us so we can remove it promptly.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required to provide the App’s functionality through advertising, in-app purchases, and the leaderboard.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data from unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR or other applicable laws, including the right to request deletion of leaderboard data.

You may request removal of your nickname and score from the leaderboard by contacting us.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on the App’s store listing.
